At Ziglar we are very focused on the "hear and now". No, I didn't spell hear incorrectly (here), its just a reminder than in order to be "now" we must "hear" what our prospects are saying. Social media allows us to take out all of the layers and really hear what is going on now. Twitter is a great tool for this. But the real question is, once you hear what is going on, what are you going to do?

The science of "Now" is so important these days. We need instant gratification and to cut into the sales/customer service as soon as possible. We have less and less time so we have a very small window for establishing contact with our audience, clients and customers. So go!

I follow Tom Ziglar too and find Zig's quotes to be inspirational and relevant. Here and now has been the new way to approach marketing and business. As with social media (and Twitter), companies who have failed to adapt or understand it's value are losing. The have missed the boat and are missing the point.
