		<description>The Millenial generation almost revels in the use of the offensive as a way to communicate and separate themselves from their predecessors.  Also this slide show captures the envirnoment of social media, the new professional: simultaneously being edgy and fluent.  I personally thought of it as being bold rather than offensive. </description>
