The constant battle. Just wake up and quit ignoring it. Especially for reasons like "well there are too many out there" or "it's just a waste of time." It's like the fact that was pointed out in the HubSpot webinar yesterday...just stop for one minute and think about how you make your purchasing decisions today. Most are not because of radio or tv. Especially with TiVo and Sirius out there. Most are made after a bit of online research. If you aren't researching something online before buying it, you are making a mistake. Resources are everywhere online! Take advantage of them, contribute to them and let your voice be heard. Otherwise you will be forgotten.

Love the post! The consumer market is becoming more and more about the relationship. The old ways of marketing are becoming more frustrating and businesses will have to invest in the value of engaging with their customers to stay in the game. After all, a business' goal is to serve the customer--what better way is there to identify their needs?!

Kyle - Relationships are the foundation of every business. There is not another tool available (at any cost) to replace the relationship factor in business. Well said!
