Believing that the best path forward is either &#039;big thinking&#039; or &#039;small thinking&#039; is trap common to most management endevours. We need both and often simutaneously. That said &#039;big thinking&#039; usually involves conceptualisation and framing which essentially sets the stage. The imagination of the concept means that the impact of the implementation will be the greater. </description>
