		<description>Hmmm. Interesting and compelling. But how does that fit with branding? When I think of Starbucks, I don&#039;t think of Howard Schultz. I think of what they do for me. I keep lecturing my partner in our business (my wife): &quot;It&#039;s not about *you*. It&#039;s about the customer. Enter into their world.&quot; As a customer, I get pretty annoyed with a small business that&#039;s all focused on themselves. I feel great with a brand that reflects that they understand *me*. </description>
