My company recently dropped wordpress hosting from our service offerings because it simply wasn't something we were strong at. That and it was taking up way more of our time than anything else and the revenue wasn't matching the time. It started as something we did for our clients to offer one contact for all their web needs but it's just taken our focus away from what we're good at. Simplifying also reduces your personal stress which obviously makes for a stronger business. Very on point. I think that's something I need to do with my current consulting platform. I don't know how to package myself specifically in order to attract new business.
