We are on the cusp of a complete revolution in technology and marketing…. that’s awesome. We also have to remember that the ability to communicate is the most precious thing of all. In my day job, I lead marketing strategy for OpenView Venture Partners, which consists of all things marketing. From our web properties, our leadership blog, B2B Labs blog, demand generation content, video and brand. Our creative team produces ebooks and visual content around topics ranging from sales enablement to marketing strategy, lead nurturing to demand generation. Other topics include – social media program development, traditional marketing, and content development.

I’m the author of three books with topics ranging from twitter marketing and social media marketing to CRM and personal branding. The books include Twitter Marketing for Dummies (Wiley, 2010), Branding Yourself (Pearson, 2011), and Social CRM for Dummies (Wiley, 2012). My books have also been published in five languages in over seven countries.
