I like the concept and gotta tell ya, it's certainly empowering! With respect to taking it offline, I've always been a fan of finding opportunities (everywhere) to turn online connections into offline connections by scheduling a tweetup/meetup. It's one of the best and most empowering things that you can do to solidify some of those relationships (at least in my personal opinion).

Best advice ever. If you meet offline you can capitalize offline in a far more effective manner.
