		<description>I like the concept and gotta tell ya, it&#039;s certainly empowering! With respect to taking it offline, I&#039;ve always been a fan of finding opportunities (everywhere) to turn online connections into offline connections by scheduling a tweetup/meetup. It&#039;s one of the best and most empowering things that you can do to solidify some of those relationships (at least in my personal opinion).  </description>
