i went to netvibes, as bloglines is powered by them, logged in with my blogline acc info and deleted the acc. i hope it'll work.

I hate the US. In Germany you can delete all of your accounts easily.

In Firefox go to: Options, Applications (see a big list), Scroll down to Web Feed (should have RSS logo) change from Bloglines to Google.

I did the following to virtually delete my bloglines account:

1) Removed all my personal data
2) Removed all my feeds
3) Went to mailinator to obtain a one time mail address
4) Changed the mail address and account name in bloglines
5) Checked the bloglines confirmation mail at mailinator
6) started to forget about ever having used bloglines before
