		<description>Kyle,
You have hit on some of the situations that I am dealing with in my online strategy.
I believe that Baby Boomers are my target. I am a baby boomer, so I hope that I can relate to that Persona.
My problem is the massive learning curve that social media sometimes requires. Finding the time to learn, adapt efforts and still stay bold in my actions is a huge time management issue.

Because of my schedule and the tasks in front of me, I appreciate your lists that have helped to keep me on a narrower track.

I am sorry that time will not allow me to attend the summit you posted here.
I am however, attending a social media summit in Portland this week. I hope to learn more and network with many e-marketing professionals like yourself.

<description>Thanks for the kind words Kyle. I&#039;m so excited about the event and hope you will be able to make it up. I&#039;ve created a discount code for your readers since you were so cool to post this. The code is good until May 15 and provides a discount to the first 10 folks for $50 off.

CODE:mtnlacy

Cheers! </description>
